Guerlain seeks a Beauty Therapist in Suzhou — deliver professional skincare treatments, client advisory and in‑store brand ambassador services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Guerlain, embodying the brand’s aesthetic and service standards at the Suzhou boutique.
- Deliver professional in‑store skincare and beauty treatments within the Beauty Atelier, following Guerlain protocols and hygiene standards.
- Conduct skin analysis and provide personalised product recommendations and skincare regimens to cultivate client trust and drive retail sales.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, aftercare follow‑up and appointment management.
- Maintain treatment room presentation, manage stock for treatment supplies, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures.
- Contribute to boutique commercial objectives by meeting individual sales targets and participating in promotional activities and merchandising as required.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in retail or service; candidates with 1–2 years’ experience in cosmetics, skincare or salon/SPAs will be prioritised.
- High school diploma or above, or an intermediate (or equivalent) professional beauty/esthetician certification.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, fashion and the luxury sector, with a refined client service orientation.
- Strong persuasive communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a client‑first attitude.

Requires 3–5 years of experience in retail or service roles; candidates with direct experience in cosmetics, skincare or salon/SPAs (1–2 years) are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; intermediate or higher professional beauty/esthetician certificate preferred.
