Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver facial, body, manicure, pedicure and hair-removal treatments in accordance with Guerlain protocols, providing an exceptional client experience.
• Create a warm welcome and build genuine client relationships that embody the Guerlain Promise.
• Provide attentive, personalised service through active listening, tailored recommendations and storytelling.
• Build client loyalty and develop local and international clientele using available tools, including clienteling and phone outreach; anticipate future client needs and support client registration.
• Contribute to the institute’s client satisfaction survey results.
• Apply Guerlain treatment protocols and methods, including treatment diagnosis and personalisation.
• Provide a range of body, facial and manicure treatments to a demanding, mixed-gender clientele.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products across the three product categories and generate add-on sales.
• Monitor progress against individual and collective revenue and KPI targets.
• Represent Guerlain’s values, foster team spirit, and participate in and contribute to team briefings.
• Proactively maintain the institute’s presentation and overall harmony in line with retail excellence standards and boutique procedures, including cash handling, treatment-room upkeep, merchandising and stock.
• Meet grooming standards for uniform, makeup, hair and manicure.

Qualifications

• BTS-level training in aesthetics.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Enjoys challenges.
• Strong listening and advisory skills.
• Sound knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
• Service-oriented and attentive to client care in a luxury environment.
• Results- and client-oriented.
• Warm and empathetic.
• Exemplary in following procedures, conduct, presentation and diction.
