Guerlain seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor (CDD 21 hrs) in Lyon — fixed‑term retail role (1 Apr–31 Dec 2026) focused on clienteling and luxury sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary, personalised client experience in-store: warm welcome, active listening, tailored consultations (fragrance, skincare, makeup) and storytelling that embody the Guerlain promise.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling: appointment booking, phoning, encartage and follow‑up to develop local and international customers.
- Apply the Guerlain sales methodology (Dare to Bee) and training resources (Bee Guerlain) to convert and upsell while meeting individual and store KPIs (CA, market share, retail KPIs).
- Contribute to boutique performance by achieving personal and collective sales targets and participating in promotions, events and in‑store activations.
- Maintain retail excellence and operational standards: merchandising, stock management, point‑of‑sale procedures, cash handling and boutique presentation.
- Participate actively in team briefs, share best practices and foster a constructive team spirit.
- Represent Guerlain’s values and uphold strict grooming and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- BTS / Bac +2 or equivalent post‑secondary diploma.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a similar luxury retail sales role.
- Fluent English (oral and written) — indispensable for serving international clientele.
- Demonstrated client service orientation, strong interpersonal skills and a results‑driven mindset.
- Impeccable professional presentation, discretion and respect for boutique procedures.

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in a luxury cosmetics or perfumery retail sales role, with demonstrable success in clienteling and sales targets.
Education
BTS / Bac +2 or equivalent two‑year post‑secondary diploma.
