Guerlain seeks a Beauty Counter Manager in Amsterdam (de Bijenkorf) to lead the counter team, drive sales and uphold luxury service standards.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the counter team daily, setting individual and team objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Drive sales performance through KPI monitoring, action plans and execution of product launches, in‑store events and activations.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by modelling luxury service standards and strengthening client loyalty through personalised relationship building.
- Manage counter operations including staff planning, stock control, ordering and accurate reporting of sales and KPIs using internal tools.
- Ensure full compliance with Guerlain merchandising, presentation and brand image guidelines and maintain close liaison with store management and Head Office.
Qualifications
- Professional make‑up artistry certification and/or recognised beautician qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in beauty retail with proven team leadership at a premium or luxury counter.
- Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and strong command of English.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills with a hands‑on, flexible approach.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in beauty retail operations with team management responsibilities, ideally within a luxury or premium cosmetics environment handling counter performance, stock and clienteling.
Education
Professional certification in make‑up artistry or a vocational beautician qualification (or equivalent professional training).
