Guerlain Beauty Consultant (Temporary, Part-time) in Valencia, Spain. Drive luxury fragrance and cosmetics sales with premium customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Guerlain products and provide high-standard customer service throughout all sales interactions
- Initiate contact and build meaningful relationships with customers
- Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs into tailored solutions
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers aligned with individual preferences
- Develop and maintain durable customer relationships through loyalty programs, sampling, and engagement initiatives
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets consistently
- Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor to ensure adequate product availability
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Office and Lotus Notes software
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or service industry
- Ideally demonstrated background in luxury, beauty, or fashion retail environments
