Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and proactively approach customers with personalized service
- Provide comprehensive and tailored consultation on skincare, makeup, and fragrances across all three product axes
- Conduct product demonstrations, skin treatments in consultation cabins, and makeup applications
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty initiatives
- Ensure visually compelling product merchandising and maintain Guerlain brand standards in all retail spaces
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report replenishment needs to management
- Deliver exceptional service responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate actively with team members to achieve shared performance goals
- Support onboarding and training of new sales staff
- Stay current on product innovations, beauty trends, and application techniques through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years professional experience in retail sales, customer service, or beauty consultation
- Comprehensive product knowledge across makeup, skincare, and fragrance preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in skincare consultation preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
- Reliability and demonstrated professional commitment
