Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively sell Guerlain products and services while maintaining luxury service standards
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators as set by line management
• Execute cross-category link selling to increase average transaction value and transaction units
• Conduct product demonstrations, including flash make-overs, and explain product benefits with confidence
• Initiate customer engagement both at the counter and through active traffic stopping
• Identify, understand, and address individual client needs with tailored product recommendations
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to build brand loyalty
• Provide comprehensive product education on Guerlain's heritage, formulations, and benefits
• Manage merchandise displays in accordance with corporate guidelines and visual standards
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies to Counter Management, and ensure adequate inventory
• Execute operational and administrative tasks as directed
• Represent Guerlain brand values and maintain immaculate personal presentation at all times
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and department store protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-confident with natural ability to engage and approach customers
• Demonstrated selling ability and solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application or willingness to develop expertise
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally and confidently
• Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards
• Reliability and commitment to brand ambassadorship

Skills

Experience

The position is suitable for candidates at entry level or those with beginner-level retail or beauty counter experience. Prior cosmetics or luxury retail experience is advantageous but not required for candidates demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and sales acumen.
