Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Guerlain products and deliver luxury-standard customer service
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets set by line management
- Execute cross-category product recommendations to increase average transaction value and units
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the Guerlain portfolio
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers while confidently communicating product benefits
- Initiate customer engagement both at the counter and through foot traffic interception
- Identify, understand, and address client needs through attentive consultation
- Cultivate personal client relationships to foster long-term brand loyalty
- Educate clients on Guerlain products, formulations, and brand heritage
- Maintain merchandise displays in accordance with corporate brand guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and escalate replenishment issues to counter management
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks
- Represent the Guerlain brand with elegance and professionalism at all times
- Adhere to company policies and store procedures as outlined in employee documentation
- Build collaborative relationships with department store management and teams
- Support additional duties as directed by management
