Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised luxury consultations to advise, demonstrate and sell Guerlain fragrances, makeup and skincare at the De Bijenkorf Rotterdam counter.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly sell-out sales targets and contribute to growth in revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain a robust client base through proactive outreach, follow-up and clienteling to maximise loyalty and repeat business.
- Uphold Guerlain brand standards in presentation and grooming; ensure the counter is impeccably merchandised, organised and stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and bestseller availability, reporting replenishment needs proactively to the Counter Manager.
- Support daily counter operations, reporting, in-store events and merchandising activations as required.
- Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues and temporary staff; participate actively in training to develop expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum MBO level (or equivalent).
- Make-up artistry training (commercial application) and/or recognised beautician certification.
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; good command of English.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in retail, preferably within cosmetics or luxury.
- Strong sales orientation with demonstrated customer-service excellence and clienteling capabilities.
