Guerlain Beauty Consultant in Marbella, Spain. Full-time luxury retail sales role with focus on customer service and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Guerlain products and deliver high-standard customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Initiate contact with customers and establish meaningful relationships
- Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs to recommend tailored solutions
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings aligned with customer preferences
- Develop lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs, sampling initiatives, and personalized engagement
- Achieve and exceed monthly retail sales targets
- Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor to ensure adequate product availability
- Execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty (vocational training or university degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or service industries
- Ideally previous experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion retail environments
- Strong proficiency in English at B2/C1 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
