Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Guerlain products and deliver luxury-standard customer service across all counter interactions
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, monitoring KPIs and driving average transaction value and units through strategic product linking
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide consultative recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Perform flash makeovers and confidently articulate product benefits to overcome customer objections
- Initiate customer engagement through active counter presence and traffic-stopping techniques
- Develop and maintain loyal client relationships through personalised service and brand education
- Manage merchandise displays in compliance with corporate guidelines and monitor stock levels
