Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the brand ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service and representing Guerlain’s values and image at all times.
- Achieve and exceed individual retail sales targets on a monthly basis through proactive selling and client conversion.
- Initiate contact, qualify customer needs, propose personalised product solutions and perform product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain durable client relationships via clienteling tools, loyalty programmes, sampling and aftercare.
- Participate in merchandising upkeep and execute visual standards according to corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report replenishment needs and assist with inventory activities.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks promptly and accurately (sales recording, client database updates, etc.).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of previous professional experience in retail or the service industry; experience in luxury, beauty or fashion is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial orientation with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver personalised consultations.
- Proficient in Office and Lotus Notes or similar back‑office systems.
- Availability to work on‑site in Madrid on a part‑time schedule.
- English proficiency (C1 level desirable); French is an advantage.
