Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience—welcome clients, build trust and conduct tailored fragrance, skincare and make‑up consultations.
- Develop and grow a regular client base through proactive clienteling activities including follow‑up calls, appointment setting and event invitations.
- Apply the Guerlain selling method to meet individual and store sales objectives and contribute to collective targets.
- Maintain retail excellence on the counter: POS operation, merchandising, stock handling, visual standards and adherence to store procedures.
- Participate in briefings, contribute to team spirit and implement action plans from customer satisfaction feedback.
- Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistent with the Maison's luxury image.
Qualifications
- Innate customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury beauty.
- Result‑driven with a demonstrable commercial mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
- Good listening and advisory skills with the capacity to personalise product recommendations.
