Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive, personalised client experience at the Guerlain counter, encompassing make-up, skincare and fragrance consultations.
- Apply the Guerlain selling method to achieve individual and counter sales targets and contribute to collective objectives.
- Develop and maintain a regular local and international clientele through clientelling, proactive appointment follow-up and phone outreach.
- Ensure retail excellence across operational tasks: point-of-sale management, checkout procedures, merchandising and stock control.
- Contribute to team briefings, share best practice, and participate in customer satisfaction initiatives and proposed action plans.
- Uphold grooming and presentation standards at all times to embody the Maison’s image and values.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
