Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, consultative client experience across perfume, skincare and make‑up and embody the Guerlain promise at the counter.
- Conduct make‑up, skincare and fragrance consultations; identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a regular client base through proactive clientelling, follow‑up calls and in‑store events to grow local and international clientele.
- Apply the Guerlain selling method and meet individual and collective sales objectives; monitor results and propose action plans based on customer satisfaction feedback.
- Contribute to daily store operations and Retail Excellence: POS procedures, merchandising, stock management, checkout and visual standards.
- Actively participate in team briefings, trainings and brand activations; foster a collaborative, high‑performance team spirit.
- Maintain professional presentation and grooming standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Innate customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result‑driven attitude and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a retail or luxury environment (desirable).
- Capacity to listen, advise and personalise recommendations for clients.
- Discreet, professional demeanour with respect for confidentiality.
- Familiarity with a business management application or point‑of‑sale system.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level. Beginner candidates are welcome; prior experience in retail or beauty advisory roles is desirable but not mandatory if strong commercial aptitude and client service skills are demonstrated.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or certification in beauty, make‑up or skincare is an advantage.
