Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Guerlain beauty products and deliver luxury-standard customer service
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets established by management, including average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU) metrics
- Demonstrate products through flash makeovers and confidently articulate product benefits to clientele
- Initiate contact with customers both at the counter and through active engagement, welcoming visitors and building brand affinity
- Identify, understand, and reformulate client needs to propose personalised product solutions and overcome objections
- Develop and maintain personal relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Educate clients on Guerlain heritage, brand values, and product formulations
- Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines and maintain visual standards at the counter
- Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies to the Counter Manager, and ensure adequate inventory
- Conduct assigned operational and administrative tasks, including mystery shopping evaluations
- Represent Guerlain as a brand ambassador embodying elegance and sophistication at all times
- Adhere to company policies, employee handbook guidelines, and store procedures
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with store management and department store colleagues
- Execute additional duties as directed by management

- Minimum 3 years of relevant beauty or luxury retail experience
- Demonstrable expertise in cosmetics and makeup application techniques
