Guerlain Beauty Consultant, part-time (15 hours/week) at H Beauty, Chester. Join the luxury beauty counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm welcomes and build genuine customer relationships, providing consultations on makeup, skincare, and fragrance tailored to individual needs
- Execute the Guerlain proprietary selling method to drive counter sales whilst meeting individual and team objectives
- Develop and retain a growing local and international clientele through anticipatory service, clienteling, phone outreach, and targeted animations
- Maintain impeccable presentation of the counter, including merchandising, stock management, point-of-sale operations, and checkout procedures
- Participate actively in team briefings and contribute to the overall harmony and performance of the beauty counter
- Embody Guerlain's core values and maintain grooming standards including uniform, makeup, hairdressing, and manicure
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives by implementing action plans based on feedback surveys
Qualifications
- Innate sense of customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated result orientation and ability to thrive in a luxury retail environment
- Active listening skills with the ability to provide tailored advice and recommendations
- Familiarity with business management applications and point-of-sale systems

Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience in retail, customer service, or beauty is acceptable; prior luxury retail or beauty counter experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Completed secondary education (GCSE or equivalent) is required. Additional qualifications in beauty, cosmetics, or retail management are preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Chester, North West, UK.
