Guerlain seeks Beauty Consultant in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Permanent, full-time position in luxury fragrances & cosmetics retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute product sales at assigned retail locations
- Achieve and track commercial sales objectives
- Maintain and monitor customer database for clienteling purposes
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events with the marketing team
- Monitor inventory levels and product expiration dates
- Ensure brand image standards and visual merchandising compliance at point of sale
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cosmetics and/or fragrances retail
- Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup techniques
- Excellent personal presentation and appearance
- Proven sales ability and commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends as required
- Verifiable professional references

Experience
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in the cosmetics and/or fragrance retail sector, with proven success in sales and client engagement.
Education
Formal training in cosmetology or beauty therapy is advantageous but not required; relevant professional certifications in skincare or makeup artistry are preferred.
