Role & Responsibilities

• Sell Guerlain fragrances, skincare and makeup in assigned top multi‑brand stores, consistently achieving monthly retail targets.
• Proactively engage customers on the sales floor, qualify needs, deliver personalised product demonstrations and recommend complementary items across categories.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through sampling, bookings for make‑overs and proactive follow‑up to maximise customer lifetime value.
• Ensure strict adherence to Guerlain merchandising guidelines and optimise brand visual exposure at point of sale.
• Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment issues and strive for 100% product availability on allocated references.
• Train and coach retailer multi‑brand sales staff on Guerlain product knowledge, sales techniques and in‑store activations.
• Support the roll‑out and execution of in‑store promotional events and report field insights, sales drivers and improvement suggestions to Guerlain representatives.
• Respect corporate and store policies including attendance, grooming standards and personal cost controls; maintain exemplary standards of display quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably within high‑end cosmetics, luxury goods or premium beauty environments.
• Proven selling skills with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding retail objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; outgoing, persuasive and service‑oriented.
• Practical knowledge of cosmetics and make‑up application; ability to educate and demonstrate to clients and retail partners.
• English language proficiency (medium‑high level).
• Punctual, well organised, autonomous and able to work effectively within a retailer multi‑brand context.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury beauty, cosmetics or a premium retail environment. Experience working with multi‑brand retailers and coaching third‑party sales teams is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; professional training or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or retail sales is preferred.
