Role & Responsibilities

• Sell Guerlain fragrances, skincare and makeup in assigned top multi-brand stores and consistently achieve monthly retail sales targets.
• Engage and welcome customers on the point of sale, identify needs, propose personalized product solutions and demonstrate products (fragrance, make-up, skincare).
• Develop durable client relationships through sampling, bookings (make-overs), follow-up and clienteling to maximise repeat business and basket size.
• Cross-sell across product categories and propose additional items to increase average transaction value.
• Train, coach and motivate retailer multi-brand salespeople on Guerlain products, sales techniques and brand standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to Guerlain merchandising guidelines, maintain visual exposure at POS and guarantee impeccable display quality and cleanliness during shifts.
• Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment issues to ensure product availability (KPI: 100% availability) and report stock discrepancies.
• Support in-store promotional events and ensure their efficient roll-out.
• Steer and analyse turnover and market share in the allocated area and report field insights and suggestions to Guerlain representatives.
• Respect corporate and store rules including attendance, punctuality and Guerlain grooming guidelines; manage personal cost limits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience; experience in high-end cosmetics, luxury goods or prestige retail strongly preferred.
• Proven selling track record with strong operational expertise in a luxury, beauty or fashion environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing, courteous, genuine and persuasive demeanour.
• Fluent or medium–high level of English (ability to conduct consultations and product training in English).
• Punctual, precise and reliable with high standards for task execution and visual presentation.
• Team-player with the ability to motivate and federate retailer sales teams towards commercial objectives.
• Adaptable, eager to learn and result-oriented with strong autonomy and organisational skills.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within high-end cosmetics, luxury goods or prestige retail; demonstrable success meeting sales targets and coaching retail teams.
