Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that embodies the Guerlain promise: warm welcome, active listening, expert advice and storytelling across perfume, skincare and make-up.
- Apply the Guerlain selling method to achieve individual and store sales targets; proactively develop regular, local and international clientele through clientelling, telephone follow-up and in-store activations.
- Perform personalised consultations (make-up, skincare and fragrance), recommend tailored solutions and drive product trials and conversions.
- Contribute to store performance metrics, participate in customer satisfaction initiatives and propose targeted action plans to improve results.
- Maintain retail excellence and counter standards including point-of-sale procedures, merchandising, stock management and checkout operations.
- Participate in briefings, foster team spirit, respect brand grooming standards and uphold confidentiality and professional presentation.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidate with an aptitude for customer service and commercial drive; prior experience in beauty or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, advise and build trust with discerning clientele.
- Professional presentation and adherence to grooming/uniform standards.
- Basic proficiency with a business management application (POS/retail systems).

Entry-level: beginner candidates accepted. Previous retail, beauty consultancy or customer-facing sales experience is a plus but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetology or related fields is desirable.
