Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and product recommendations across Guerlain's three core categories: fragrance, skincare, and makeup
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achievement of departmental revenue budgets
- Schedule client appointments and manage customer relationship continuity
- Maintain premium product presentation and visual display standards in accordance with Guerlain brand guidelines
- Execute promotional campaigns and collaborate on in-store animations and brand activations
- Support inventory management and stocktaking procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in retail sales or beauty consultation
- Demonstrated expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance product categories
- Skincare specialist certification or equivalent recognized qualification (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset
- Reliability and professional commitment
