Guerlain Beauty Consultant position in Barcelona, Spain. Temporary retail role promoting luxury fragrances and cosmetics with sales targets and brand representation responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver high-standard customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Increase brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty through personalized engagement
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs with appropriate product recommendations
- Monitor competitive activity, including promotional campaigns and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings tailored to individual customer preferences
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators and Point of Sale metrics
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and communicate issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks including reporting and order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with focus on beauty or cosmetics
- Fluent English at B2 level minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) at basic level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry
- Prior experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion retail preferred
