Role & Responsibilities

• Advise, demonstrate, and sell Guerlain products, delivering luxury and personalized experiences tailored to client needs
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (sell-out) and contribute to counter-level KPIs and revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business through proactive engagement
• Maintain the counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation; ensure testers are available and in perfect condition
• Act as a Guerlain brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the maison's values, image, and grooming standards in every interaction
• Execute Guerlain merchandising guidelines to optimize brand visibility and product placement
• Monitor stock levels, report replenishment needs proactively, and support the Counter Manager in daily operations and reporting
• Provide feedback on client behavior, market trends, and competitive activities to inform business strategy
• Assist in the execution of in-store animations, events, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with counter team members, share product knowledge and best practices, and actively participate in ongoing training to develop expertise

Qualifications

• MBO level or equivalent qualification
• Make-up artistry training (commercial application) and/or beautician certification
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Good command of English
• Strong sales and customer service mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and engage clients naturally
• Passion for beauty and luxury retail
• Proactive, hands-on, and flexible attitude including weekends and varied schedules
• Team player capable of working independently
• Energetic, engaging, and client-focused personality

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury beauty sectors. Prior beauty consultant, makeup artist, or sales advisor roles in comparable environments are highly valued.

Education

MBO level or equivalent qualification. Make-up artistry training (commercial application) and/or beautician certification required.
