Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised luxury consultations: advise, demonstrate and sell Guerlain products to clients while tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sell‑out targets and contribute to counter revenue growth and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a high‑value client portfolio through proactive approaches, clienteling and follow‑up to foster loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Represent the brand consistently: apply grooming standards, ensure immaculate counter presentation and execute Guerlain merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and bestseller availability; report stock needs proactively to ensure uninterrupted sales.
- Support counter operations and reporting, assist the Counter Manager with administrative duties and provide market/competitor feedback.
- Contribute to in‑store activations and events, sharing product knowledge and best practices with colleagues and temporary staff.
- Participate in trainings and continuously develop product, sales and service expertise.
Qualifications
- Secondary vocational diploma (MBO) or equivalent.
- Make‑up artistry training (commercial application) and/or beautician certification.
- Minimum 2–3 years' retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury.
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and good command of English.
- Strong sales orientation with proven client relationship skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Basic competency with digital tools and retail reporting systems; accurate and timely reporting ability.
- Flexible availability including weekends; ability to work five days per week.
