The temporary Beauty Consultant serves as a Guerlain brand ambassador, meets sales targets and delivers high-standard customer service while promoting the brand image. The role includes product sales, client relationship development, retail KPI and stock follow-up, merchandising and operational administration; it requires travel throughout Galicia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Guerlain products and deliver high-standard service throughout the sales ceremony.
- Increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Identify, understand and reformulate customers’ needs.
- Monitor competitors’ special actions and launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
- Follow up on point-of-sale KPIs.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
- Meet weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
- Maintain merchandising and participate in inventory activities in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to support optimal stock in each store.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent qualification in beauty.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Basic-level Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- A driver’s permit and availability to travel throughout Galicia.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty or fashion.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent qualification in beauty.
