Guerlain seeks Beauty Care Advisor in Paris, France. Full-time role delivering skincare, spa treatments, and client experiences in luxury beauty institute.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver facial, body, and nail care treatments—including manicure, pedicure, and waxing—to discerning clientele following Guerlain's specific protocols and diagnostic methods
- Create a distinctive and memorable client experience through warm hospitality, active listening, personalized service recommendations, and storytelling that embodies the Guerlain Promise
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through client engagement tools including client profiling, clienteling, phoning, and anticipatory service
- Drive revenue through mastery of product characteristics across all three beauty axes (fragrance, skincare, makeup) and executing additional sales
- Monitor and meet individual and team revenue targets and key performance indicators whilst maintaining client satisfaction scores
- Contribute to the institute's retail excellence through adherence to procedures, proper cash handling, cabin hygiene, merchandising standards, and stock management
- Embody Guerlain values, foster team spirit, participate actively in team briefings, and maintain exemplary grooming standards (uniform, makeup, hair, nails)
Qualifications
- BTS-level qualification in Esthetics or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in English (required)
- Strong anatomical and physiological knowledge of the human body
- Proven ability to listen actively and provide personalized skincare and treatment advice
- Demonstration of service-oriented mindset and understanding of luxury hospitality standards
- Experience in revenue-focused, client-centric retail or spa environments

Experience
Entry-level to junior experience in professional beauty treatments, spa services, or luxury retail client-facing roles is welcome; training in Guerlain protocols will be provided. Candidates transitioning from esthetics education into professional practice are encouraged to apply.
Education
BTS Esthétique (BTS in Esthetics) or equivalent professional qualification in skincare, beauty treatments, or spa services.
