Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and ensure client satisfaction through consultative service delivery
- Proactively achieve sales targets and leverage personal sales expertise to support boutique performance
- Maximize customer information systems to execute cross-category promotion across fragrance, skincare, and makeup product ranges
- Execute assigned commercial and administrative tasks, including responsive handling of client concerns
- Adhere strictly to company operational requirements and brand positioning standards
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of sales experience in retail or luxury goods (preferred)
- High degree of accountability and demonstrated initiative
- Excellent service orientation; warm, attentive, and detail-conscious
- Professional personal appearance; clear complexion without prominent scars or visible tattoos on exposed areas
- Clear and accent-free Mandarin Chinese at professional standard
