Guerlain Beauty Advisor in Ürümqi, China — full-time retail position in luxury fragrances and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction through consultative engagement
- Achieve sales targets proactively by leveraging personal sales expertise and client relationship insights
- Execute cross-category promotions across fragrance, skincare, and makeup using customer data and purchasing history
- Fulfill assigned commercial and administrative duties, including professional handling of customer concerns and complaints
- Maintain compliance with company operations protocols, boutique standards, and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and demonstrated enthusiasm for the fragrance and cosmetics industry
- High sense of responsibility and proactive work orientation
- Excellent service mindset with genuine warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail
- Professional appearance with no visible scarring or tattoos on exposed body parts
- Clear, articulate Mandarin Chinese with standard pronunciation and no regional dialect

Experience
