Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
- Achieve sales targets and leverage personal expertise to guide clients through product ranges
- Execute cross-category product promotion across fragrances, skincare, and colour cosmetics utilising customer data
- Manage administrative tasks and client concerns in accordance with company and boutique protocols
- Uphold operational requirements and brand guidelines in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail or sales experience (preferred)
- High sense of responsibility and initiative
- Exceptional service orientation with genuine warmth and attention to detail
- Professional appearance with no visible tattoos or scars on exposed skin
- Clear standard Mandarin pronunciation without regional dialect
