Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively achieve sales targets and share personal sales experience.
- Utilize customer information to promote brand and product categories including makeup, skincare, and fragrances.
- Collaborate and execute assigned business and administrative tasks, including handling customer complaints.
- Adhere to company and store operational requirements and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Passion for the retail industry and enthusiasm for the perfume and cosmetics sector.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience preferred.
- High sense of responsibility and proactivity.
- Excellent, enthusiastic, and meticulous service awareness.
- Professional appearance with no visible scars or tattoos on exposed areas.
- Standard Mandarin pronunciation without regional accents.
