Role & Responsibilities

• Create unique client experiences by establishing genuine relationships, warm welcome, building trust, and discovering client needs while embodying the Guerlain Promise both in-boutique and in treatment cabins
• Deliver personalized skincare treatments (face and body) applying Guerlain-specific protocols, diagnostic techniques, and customized product recommendations
• Develop client base through active listening, tailored service propositions, storytelling, and engagement tools; prepare for future needs via booking management, clienteling, and proactive outreach
• Execute the proprietary Dare to Bee sales methodology to drive revenue, maintain product knowledge across all three lines, and achieve individual and collective sales targets and key performance indicators
• Manage treatment cabin reservations, scheduling, inventory tracking, linen coordination, and cabin maintenance to ensure optimal operations
• Participate in team briefs, share knowledge, embody company values, maintain retail excellence standards including grooming protocols, merchandise presentation, stock management, and cash handling procedures
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform client engagement and maintain competitive awareness

Qualifications

• BTS (Technician Diploma) in Esthetics or equivalent professional qualification in skincare and beauty treatments
• Demonstrated expertise in anatomy and physiology of the human body
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Proven track record of client relationship management and sales achievement in a luxury retail environment

Experience

Entry-level to junior practitioners with formal esthetics training are considered; preference for candidates with prior experience in luxury skincare retail or spa environments

Education

BTS Esthetics (Technician Diploma in Esthetics) or equivalent professional certification in beauty, skincare, or wellness disciplines
