Guerlain Beauty Advisor position in Shenyang, China. Drive sales and customer relationships in luxury fragrances and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction across all transactions
- Actively achieve sales targets and apply sales expertise to fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare cross-selling
- Leverage customer data and insights to promote complementary products across brand categories
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks, including complaint resolution and customer service recovery
- Comply with corporate and store operational requirements and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and genuine enthusiasm for fragrance and cosmetics
- High sense of responsibility and proactive attitude
- Excellent service orientation with warmth, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
- Professional appearance with no visible scars or tattoos on exposed skin
- Clear Mandarin Chinese pronunciation without regional accent
