Guerlain Beauty Advisor – Porto. Temporary full-time retail position at El Corte Inglés de Gaia. Brand ambassador role with 3+ years luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver premium product sales and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Strengthen brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty
- Identify, understand, and address client needs through personalized product recommendations
- Monitor competitive activity, promotions, and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate tailored product offerings aligned with client preferences
- Track key performance indicators at the point of sale
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Maintain merchandise displays and inventory management in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Area Manager to ensure optimal inventory
- Execute operational and administrative tasks including reporting, orders, and related documentation
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification in beauty
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Basic Microsoft Office competency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 3 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Full-time availability
