Guerlain Beauty Advisor position in Porto, Portugal. Temporary, full-time retail role selling luxury fragrances and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Guerlain products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Increase brand recognition and consumer loyalty
- Identify, understand, and address client needs through consultative selling
- Monitor competitive landscape including promotional activities and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings
- Track key performance indicators at the retail point-of-sale
- Develop and maintain personal, long-term relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Participate in visual merchandising maintenance and inventory management per company guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory status to the Area Manager
- Execute operational and administrative tasks including reporting, ordering, and related duties
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification in Beauty
- English language proficiency (B2 level minimum)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 3 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments
- Results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
- Autonomy and proactive work approach
