Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, embodying and communicating Guerlain’s brand values in every customer interaction.
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch customer experience through make‑up, skincare and fragrance consultations and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain a regular client base, including local and international customers, through proactive clienteling, follow‑up calls and appointment management.
- Apply the Guerlain selling method to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Support counter operations and Retail Excellence standards: point‑of‑sale procedures, merchandising, stock management and visual presentation.
- Contribute to team cohesion by participating in briefings, sharing best practices and proposing actions from customer satisfaction feedback.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal skills with an innate sense of customer service and a commercial mindset.
- Result orientation with the ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Strong listening and advisory skills, able to provide tailored recommendations across make‑up, skincare and fragrance.
- Familiarity with retail operational procedures (checkout, merchandising, stock handling); knowledge of a business management application is advantageous.
- Professional presentation and discretion; ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Experience
Entry‑level; candidate may be at the beginning of their retail career. Previous customer‑facing or beauty retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. A cosmetology, beauty or retail sales qualification is advantageous but not required.
