Guerlain Beauty Advisor position in Harbin, China. Full-time retail role blending sales, customer service, and brand ambassadorship in luxury fragrance and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
- Achieve sales targets while leveraging personal sales experience to mentor and inspire colleagues
- Execute strategic product cross-selling across makeup, skincare, and fragrance collections using customer data
- Support assigned commercial and administrative tasks, including resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain compliance with company operational requirements and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and the fragrance and cosmetics industry
- High sense of responsibility and initiative
- Excellent, warm, and attentive customer service mindset
- Clear and standard Mandarin pronunciation with no regional dialect
- Professional appearance without visible scars or tattoos on exposed body areas

Experience
