Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service
- Proactively meet sales targets and leverage personal sales expertise to influence clients
- Maximize customer data to execute cross-category promotions across fragrances, makeup, and skincare
- Execute assigned commercial and administrative tasks, including managing customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain compliance with company operations standards and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury retail and fragrance/cosmetics sectors
- High degree of responsibility and initiative
- Excellent service orientation with warmth, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
- Professional appearance with no visible facial or body tattoos or scars
- Clear, accent-free Mandarin with standard pronunciation

Experience
Sales experience in retail preferred; two years in beauty or luxury retail highly valued
