Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed retail sales and productivity targets through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
  • Deliver full-spectrum customer service including product education, makeup application, skin consultations and fragrance fitting.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client book; execute clienteling activities and follow-up communications by phone, text and email to drive repeat business.
  • Execute in-store events, promotions and merchandising to brand standards; ensure the counter is impeccably presented and stocked.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints diplomatically, and liaise with management for escalations.
  • Use point-of-sale and inventory/order status systems to process sales and manage stock; participate in special projects as required.
  • Adhere to retailer and brand policies, maintain professional conduct and protect confidential customer information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of prestige or luxury beauty retail sales experience, preferably with cosmetics and fragrance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polished interpersonal manner suitable for high‑end clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks associated with retail counter work.

Experience
