Guerlain Beauty Advisor position in Beijing. Drive sales and customer relationships in luxury fragrance and cosmetics retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Proactively achieve sales targets and leverage personal selling expertise across all product categories
- Cross-sell brand offerings strategically by utilizing customer information to promote fragrance, colour, and skincare lines
- Execute assigned commercial and administrative tasks, including customer complaint resolution and follow-up
- Uphold company operations standards and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury retail and cosmetics industry
- Two years of sales experience (preferred)
- High sense of responsibility and initiative
- Excellent service orientation and attention to detail
- Professional appearance with no visible scars or tattoos on exposed body areas
- Clear, standard Mandarin Chinese pronunciation without regional accent
