Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare animations and product launches across 23 boutiques, including department store activations, pop-ups, and store window displays and décor
• Develop presentation materials including PowerPoint books, visual guidelines, and design briefs for in-store installations
• Participate in on-site installations and oversee post-installation adjustments, including photo shoots and customer service follow-ups
• Serve as the primary contact for routine merchandising inquiries, coordinating with boutiques, creative direction, and external suppliers
• Process and fulfill merchandising service requests from boutiques, including orders, preparation, and shipment of display materials
• Manage soft merchandising orders with suppliers, including signage, visuals, furniture, and point-of-sale materials
• Develop seasonal and promotional animations and custom point-of-purchase displays
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management for all merchandising materials

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent programme at bac+5 level or above
• Demonstrated knowledge of retail operations and luxury goods sector
• Strong interest in interior design and visual merchandising
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Organized, versatile, thorough, and open-minded approach to work
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to find creative solutions to challenges and unforeseen circumstances
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Student status with retail knowledge or interest expected.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed bac+5 level qualification in business, commerce, or equivalent field.
