Guerlain Paris Internship: Assistant Image Project Manager supporting 360° marketing campaign coordination and visual asset management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in creative direction meetings with the marketing team to understand and align with campaign objectives
- Monitor advertising content across 360-degree marketing campaigns
- Develop visual framing guidelines for merchandising and digital channels in collaboration with internal and external graphic designers
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for international meetings and key company events
- Participate in creative pitches led by art directors
- Update and maintain campaign tracking tools, including visual boards, regulatory compliance documentation for model photography, and campaign scheduling
- Coordinate and oversee the production of reference proofs for markets, liaising with the project manager, art director, and printing vendors
- Contribute to cross-functional projects under the supervision of the project manager
- Administer the internal asset management platform that provides campaign visuals and films to team members
Qualifications
- Degree from a top-tier business school or communication program
- Strong organizational and priority management capabilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in collaborative environments
- Self-motivated and capable of proposing innovative solutions
- Fluent English proficiency
