Guerlain internship: Assistant Business Analyst in Paris, 6-month paid stage focused on Travel Retail and demand planning. Start January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze worldwide sales performance for Guerlain through weekly and monthly reporting in collaboration with international teams, ensuring consistent data tracking and executive decision-support
- Conduct Travel Retail performance analysis across Europe and the Americas, identify key market trends, and communicate weekly insights to senior management
- Monitor market evolution and competitive landscape, synthesizing intelligence from industry data panels (Beauté Research/Circana/Generation) to inform strategic positioning
- Execute strategic Market Intelligence analyses for Travel Retail and global markets, identifying emerging trends and competitive movements
- Ensure forecast alignment with marketing strategies and market-specific requirements through participation in cross-functional S&OP planning meetings
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to demand planning accuracy and forecast reliability
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's 1 or 2 programme at a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme
- Strong proficiency with Excel; knowledge of PowerBi is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Solid organizational and project management capabilities
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Familiarity with business analytics, market research tools, or cosmetics industry is advantageous but not essential.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering from an accredited institution.
