Guerlain Art Director – Skincare, Paris: Lead creative conception and campaign execution for luxury beauty. Full-time, on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceive, develop, and articulate creative campaign concepts across all communication media (print, film, digital) with consistency to the Maison's brand image and values
  • Conduct continuous creative and competitive intelligence monitoring: tracking campaigns, emerging talent, directors, music labels, and trends within luxury and skincare sectors
  • Oversee complete end-to-end post-production management for print and film assets, from retouching briefs through planning coordination, print registration, editing, and final delivery
  • Supervise production of technical execution documentation necessary for visual and video assets across all formats and media applications (POS, PLV, LED displays, etc.)
  • Guarantee adherence to timelines, budgets, and established quality standards in close collaboration with Marketing teams, Production departments, and Creative Direction
  • Pilot the comprehensive execution of campaigns across all touchpoints (POS, digital, merchandising, press), from defining model framing to final asset delivery
  • Supervise creation of reference layouts and ensure graphic consistency across all activation materials
  • Structure production workflows to optimize time allocation and creative efficiency in campaign development

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) in Fine Arts, Design, or Communications
  • Demonstrated cultural expertise and sensitivity within the luxury and beauty sectors
  • Recognized creative spirit with strong conceptual intelligence and capacity to develop and communicate brand storytelling
  • Expert command of print and digital brand guidelines
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere
  • Fluent English language skills
