The Art Direction Assistant works with Guerlain’s Art Directors on advertising campaign creation and follow-up, adapting creative assets across media and supporting new launches. This six-month internship is based in Paris’s 1st arrondissement and begins in July 2025.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Guerlain’s Art Directors on the creation and follow-up of advertising campaigns.
- Participate in Art Direction meetings with Marketing to become familiar with campaigns.
- Support Art Directors in developing new advertising visuals and videos.
- Adapt creative assets and formats for different media, including digital, point of sale, press and point-of-sale displays.
- Develop creative concepts and moodboards for new launches.
- Contribute to developing visual concepts.
- Track projects from conception through finalization.
- Ensure visual consistency and harmony across all franchises.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a graphic design or visual communication school, or an equivalent university degree.
- Prior experience in art direction or graphic design is preferred.
- Creative, organized, committed, rigorous and pragmatic.
- Sensitive to the luxury and cosmetics sectors.
- Interested in new AI technologies.
- Excellent French and good English.
