Guerlain Art, Culture & Heritage Project Assistant internship, Paris. Six-month role supporting artistic collaborations and cultural programming.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate artistic collaborations with artists and artisans, ensuring creative development of exceptional pieces (fragrances, skincare, makeup) in alignment with marketing, packaging development, legal, and communications departments
  • Support and oversee cultural programming initiatives, including contemporary art exhibitions and photo displays such as 'Women for Art' and 'Paris + par Art Basel'
  • Manage the Guerlain Sublimes Reserve collection installation and documentation, including archival inventory review, organization, and digitization
  • Implement and oversee new collection management systems and digital tools for improved archival tracking
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, conferences, and heritage preservation events

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with rigor and proactivity
  • Strong writing and editing skills with proven ability to draft presentations, articles, and formal communications
  • Passion for and knowledge of contemporary and heritage art
  • Fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
