Guerlain Advertising Production Intern - Paris. Support marketing campaign production in a 6-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize photoshoots and video productions, including planning, coordination with external vendors, budgeting, and vendor negotiation
- Oversee post-production processes, including quotation and negotiation with partners, retouching, and format adaptation of creative assets
- Track and manage rights clearances for music, film, and visual content; maintain accurate records in the centralized database
- Maintain and update the weekly schedule of photoshoots and production timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 or equivalent in business school, communications, or related university program
- Prior internship experience in advertising production, art buying, or TV production (preferably within the beauty sector)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)

Education
