Administrative Intern at Guerlain, Lisbon: gain hands-on experience in luxury cosmetics operations, supporting Marketing, Logistics, Retail and Training teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and organize materials and office supplies
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for various departments
- Provide administrative support to Marketing, Logistics, Retail, and Training divisions
- Manage orders and maintain office supplies inventory
- Execute data entry and information maintenance in internal systems
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
- Follow up on supplier payments and process purchase orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related field (Master's degree highly valued)
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player with strong analytical capabilities
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Sensitivity to luxury and beauty sector standards

Experience
No prior professional experience required; however, previous experience in marketing and/or retail positions will be considered a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or a related field. Master's degree is highly valued.
