Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives and customer service excellence.
  • Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and ensure objectives are met.
  • Monitor and manage all retail performance KPIs.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain customers.
  • Ensure quality of service, manage customer relationships, and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and integration of new employees.
  • Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
  • Supervise administrative management including schedules, payroll, and bonuses.
  • Ensure the image of the counter is maintained through effective visual merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Experience
