Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Guerlain counter at Fenwick Canterbury, ensuring exceptional customer experience and adherence to the brand’s sales method.
- Drive sales performance and manage retail KPIs and P&L targets through analysis, reporting and implementation of action plans.
- Recruit, train, coach and evaluate counter staff; define individual and team objectives and oversee performance management.
- Oversee back‑office and operational tasks including rostering, payroll supervision, bonuses, stock control, cash handling and risk management.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, counter presentation, cleanliness and staff grooming are consistently maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail or beauty counter supervisory/managerial roles.
- Proven sales orientation with experience managing KPIs and contributing to P&L delivery.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with a retail/business management application.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, coaching experience and strong interpersonal skills.
- High professional presentation, discretion and ability to handle customer disputes with speed and diplomacy.

Experience

Education
Secondary education (A‑level or equivalent) required; a qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or cosmetology is desirable.
