Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a unique customer experience aligned with Guerlain's luxury service standards, serving as a role model for the team
- Apply and enforce Guerlain's proprietary sales methodology to drive revenue and customer acquisition
- Monitor and manage all retail performance KPIs—both qualitative and quantitative—ensuring targets are met
- Manage customer relationship issues, disputes, and complaints with speed and efficiency
- Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and ensure that sales objectives and P&L targets (budgets and commitments) are achieved
- Analyze and share business KPIs, manage performance reporting, and develop action plans aligned with priorities
- Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members in accordance with Guerlain's values and brand standards
- Establish and maintain a climate of trust through regular briefings, team meetings, and close performance monitoring
- Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training and development needs
- Coach and mentor team members in continuous skill development, celebrating successes and fostering motivation
- Ensure adherence to all point-of-sale procedures and operating rules (cash desk management, merchandising, stock control)
- Manage administrative team functions including schedules, payroll, bonuses, training, and uniform logistics
- Oversee counter maintenance, cleanliness, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Assume responsibility for risk management, including physical security, cash handling, and inventory control
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained (product display, cleanliness, team presentation)
- Support the implementation of seasonal and campaign-driven merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' relevant management or supervisory experience in luxury retail or beauty
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service and luxury brand representation
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of retail business management systems or applications
- Exemplary personal presentation and brand ambassadorial demeanor

Experience
Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a luxury retail or beauty environment, demonstrating proven success in driving sales, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management, business administration, or luxury brand training are advantageous.
